Holiday Camps

Times: 

Early drop off: 9am - 9.30am

Full Day: 9.30am - 4pm.

Late Pick up: 4pm- 5pm. 

Friday - 3pm is Party time. Parents and Carers are invited for music, snacks, informal skills sharing and a chance for a photo opportunity of your child's favourite skill!

Ages: 

4- 12

Children will be divided in appropriate ages and levels depending on chosen skills/ activities. Please note on special circumstances we may be able to accept younger siblings age 3.5+. 

Welcome to Always Be Creative Holiday Camps where boys and girls come to have fun and embrace their creative sides.

Our camps combine Circus, Gymnastics,

Dance, Arts and Crafts, Experiments, Magic, Sports Games and more!

​

Each day will be slightly different to keep students engaged and ensure they learn lots of new skills. Suitable for all abilities, aimed at ages 4 - 12 years old, our teachers will ensure students are taught to suit their own skill level and interests. 

​

We incorporate parts of the international primary curriculum (IPC)  in a fun way as well as embodying a growth mindset approach to learning. 

​

Children will have a choice of activities in our camps, and you can rest assured there is always fun to be had. 

​

Example Day:

​

9am - 9.30am: Early Drop Off.

 

Choice of activities:* Creation Station - Clay hand prints.* Games Station - floor games and board games and playing cards. * Book Station - quiet corner for those who like to warm up their brains for the day. * Sports station - hand tennis, badminton etc.

 

9.30am: Always Be Creative camp starts.

 

Welcomes - Morning name game to introduce the staff and students. Housekeeping and tour of facilities to new children.

 

Lets get moving! Physical warm up - the number game / the colour game.

*Fun Obstacle courses involving circus, gymnastics and sports. or choose the

*Creation station making masks and hats (both options will take place)

 

10.30am - 11am: Break time. Chance to have a snack and free play. (Please note children are allowed to use the bathroom and encouraged to drink from their water bottles throughout the day).

 

11am - 12pm: Lets get skills! Group rotations of different skills taught and supervised by our expert teachers.

 

Example:

Rotation 1. Aerial Silks (Hanging, spinning, swinging, twisting!)

Rotation 2. Scarf Juggling and plate spinning

Rotation 3. Science experiment

Rotation 4. Gymnastics Air Track

Rotation 5.  Magic Tricks / prank making station

Rotation 6. Aerial Rope

 

12pm - 1pm: Lunch time!

Time for lunch and fun play time activities including football goal practice, hula hoops, colouring in station and movie corner (and fun healthy pop corn making!).Please note - in warm weather we may take students to the local park for a picnic.

 

1pm - 1.15pm:

 

*Dance Warm up game - Pom poms, ribbons and whole lot of fun.

or choose the

*Juggling Corner - Balls, clubs, poi spinning.

 

1.15pm - 2.15pm:

 

Lets make a mess!

 

*Active:Time to get out lots of circus and sports equipment and have a go at lots of new skills, from stilt walking, to pedal-gos, juggling rings, badminton and tennis keepy uppy.

or choose to do

*Arts and Crafts:Messy activity such as painting/ Glue paper faces/ balloon modelling.

 

2.15pm - 2.30pm: Tidy up and short break.

 

2.30 - 3.30pm:

Showcase / practice time.

 

Students can showcase some of their favourite tricks to their peers or practice their favourite skills again under direct supervision of our staff.

 

3.30pm - 4pm:

Cool down and get ready to leave.

 

4-5pm: Late pick up

 

Choice of activities:* Creation Station - Clay hand prints. or Alternative. * Games Station - floor games and board games and playing cards. * Book Station - quiet corner for those who like to warm up their brains for the day. * Sports station - hand tennis, badminton etc.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

What to wear -

Clothing for sports (T - shirt, leggings / Track suit bottoms). Suitable trainers and socks.

In Summer please bring a sun hat, sun cream and sunglasses if required.

In Winter please bring a warm coat, gloves, hat, scarf etc.

 

What to bring -

Packed lunch,

2 x water bottles,

morning snack. Please note we are NUT FREE. (no nuts or nut products in any lunch boxes).

 

Does my child need to be toilet trained prior to class/ camp? Yes, please ensure that your child is comfortable using the bathroom unassisted. For medical conditions please advise via email prior to class/ camp.

 

Do we accept childcare vouchers? Unfortunately this isn't something we are currently able to accept.

 

Who can pick up my child? A named parent on your child's booking, or a named person disclosed to our staff in advanced. This is to ensure the safety of all of our students.

 

Terms & Conditions:

All bookings are non - refundable but transferable at Always Be Creative discretion with a minimum of 48hrs notice. Photography and Videography may be taken for the use of Always Be Creative. ​
